I am definitely not a talented writer, musician or storyteller, but have had these crazy words and ideas sitting in different part of my brain. With todays online tools I was able to put my words to the beats and my stories to video. Or at least try to.

I've never been great at finding my voice. I spent a lot of time frustrated by what I saw around me and how things turned out. I got knocked down more than once, and I watched friends struggle to climb out of the same place we came from. Still, we grew up, got by, made memories, and found moments of joy along the way.

I write and let the words wander where they will, not always knowing their meaning until later. Then comes the hard part, untangling the thoughts and finding clarity in the chaos. I've never called myself a poet, but I've spent plenty of time trying, failing, and trying again.
